Safe operation rules of auger drilling machine

At the site where the drilling rig is used, the holes and surrounding stones and other obstacles should be removed according to the requirements of the drilling rig manual.
The distance between the work site and the power transformer or the main power supply line should be within 200mm, and the voltage drop during startup should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.
The motor and control box should have a good grounding device.
Before installation, it should be checked and confirmed that there is no deformation of the drill and all parts: after installation, the allowable deflection of the centerline of the drill pipe and the power head is 1%en of the gold length
When installing the drill pipe, start from the power head and install it down section by section. Do not connect all the required drill pipe lengths on the ground–one-time hoisting installation.
Before installing the power head, the lower pulley should be removed first, and the wire rope should be worn and wound well. The selection of wire rope should be equipped according to the requirements specified in the manual.
After installation, the frequency of the power supply should be the same as the pointer on the frequency transfer switch in the control box. If not, the frequency transfer switch should be used to convert it.
The drilling rig should be placed stably and firmly. The automobile drilling rig should set up the outriggers, support the tires, and use automatic fine-tuning or line hammer to adjust the tappet to keep it vertical.
Before starting, check and confirm that all parts of the drilling rig are firmly connected, the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate, the oil level in the reduction box meets the regulations, and the drilling depth limit alarm device is effective.
Before starting, the joystick should be placed in the neutral position. After starting, it should be tested for dry running to check that the instruments, temperature, sound, braking and other items are working properly before operation.
When drilling, the drill pipe should be lowered slowly first, so that the drill bit is aligned with the hole position. When the pointer of the ammeter is biased to the no-load state, the drill can be drilled. During the drilling process, when the ammeter exceeds the rated current, the drilling speed should be slowed down.
When the drilling rig sends out the drilling limit alarm signal, the drilling should be stopped, and the drill pipe should be slightly lifted. After the alarm signal is released, the drilling can be continued.
When the drill is stuck in the drilling, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the drilling should be stopped. Do not force start until the cause is identified.
During operation, when it is necessary to change the rotation direction of the drill pipe, it should be carried out after the drill pipe is completely stopped.
When drilling, when the frame shakes, moves, deflects, or makes rhythmic noises in the drill bit, the drilling should be stopped immediately, and the drilling can be continued after treatment.
When the reaming reaches the required diameter, the reaming should be stopped, and the reaming knife pipe should be closed and loosened for a few turns, so that all the soil in the pipe is transported to the ground, and the drilling can be stopped.
When there is a power failure during operation, reset the controllers to zero, cut off the power supply, and pull out all the drill pipes from the hole in time to make the drill bit touch the ground.
When the drilling rig is running, there must be a special person to take care of it to prevent the cables from being entangled in the drill pipe.
When drilling, it is strictly forbidden to remove the mud in the screw by hand. When it is found that the tightening bolts are loose, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the operation can be continued after tightening.
After the hole is formed, the hole should be covered for protection.
After the operation, lift the drill pipe and the drill bit to the outside of the hole, first remove the soil on the drill pipe and the screw blade, then press the drill bit to contact the ground, brake all parts, put the joystick in the neutral position, and cut off the power supply. .
When the wear of the drill bit reaches 200mm, it should be replaced.
