Drilling rig construction safety precautions
- Drilling rig operators must hold a certificate xx.
- The operator needs to concentrate on the operation, with quick eyes and hands, and it is not allowed to smoke or chat during the operation.
- It is strictly forbidden to work vertically up and down without safety protection measures.
- After the rig has erected the mast, it is forbidden to operate xx.
- Safety belts must be fastened when working at heights of more than 2 meters. Auxiliary personnel under the plane must wear safety helmets and labor protection equipment.
- The drilling rig shall not be close to the high-voltage transmission line, and a safe distance of more than 8.5 meters must be maintained.
- Diesel and other flammable materials must be managed centrally, kept away from fire, and equipped with special fire-fighting equipment.

Stop field operations, withdraw personnel to a safe area, and put the drilling tools on the ground, so that the drilling tools have good contact with the ground and reduce grounding resistance. - When working at night or in dense fog and sandy weather, increase lighting and operate with caution.
- Rig installation and positioning
Carefully verify the center stake of the stake and correctly align it with the center of the stake. When installing the rig: - Meet the horizontal accuracy requirements of the main body of the drilling rig.
- Ensure the vertical requirements of the drill frame and drill pipe. During installation, use two theodolites to correct the vertical accuracy in two directions at the same time, and the horizontal deviation between the center of the drill pipe and the center of the pile position is not more than 2 cm.
- Properly control the footage when drilling, and the drilling operations are carried out continuously and records are kept.
- If you encounter soft soil or sandy soil and other soil layers that are prone to collapse, use low-speed drilling, control the water level in the hole and other methods to prevent the hole from collapsing.
- Check the drilling rig equipment at any time, especially whether the drill cone swings too much and whether the drilling frame is stable and firm to prevent drilling and reaming;
- When the hole body is deflected and bent, analyze the reason in time and deal with it. When it is not serious, use the method of lifting the drill cone at the inclination and repeatedly sweeping the hole to correct it; when the deviation is serious, the curved hole, the plum blossom hole, and the probe stone appear, the backfill is used to repair the hole.
