  10. Actively contact and communicate with the customer’s leaders and operators to ensure the smooth progress of the work;

  16. Regulations on inspection work

  20. Carry out patrol inspection of the equipment twice a month, record the results with “Technical Service Information”, and send the “Technical Service Information” back to the user service department as required;
  21. When receiving a user service request, you should ask the user for information about the equipment, including the use time, name and fault phenomenon of the faulty part, so as to determine whether it is within the warranty period, whether it is within the scope of the warranty and whether it is normal damage, etc. provide for the provision of services to users;
  22. The warranty period and scope of the equipment and related parts are subject to the relevant provisions of the company or the relevant terms agreed in the purchase and sale contract signed with the user;
  23. If you encounter a fault that cannot be solved by yourself or the customer’s request exceeds the scope of service, do not promise easily; if you are not sure about the problem, after consulting the leader or consulting, you can figure it out and then reply to the customer;
  24. After the fault is solved, the maintenance work site should be cleaned up, and the tools and other items should be returned, and then the user should be tested and accepted. For equipment failures caused by improper user operation, users should be reminded to pay attention during operation to prevent similar problems, and re-train users on related problems, emphasizing the importance of equipment maintenance;

  28. Routine maintenance regulations for special service equipment
  29. Clean
    Remove the sludge on the equipment, scrub the dust, and keep the equipment clean and tidy;
  30. Inspection (items that are carried out when the machine is turned on without load)
    a. Before starting
    (1) Check whether the fuel volume of each fuel tank is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal;
    (2) Check whether the gear oil amount of each reducer is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal;
    (3) Check for oil leakage;
    ⑷. Check whether the main and auxiliary wire ropes have broken wires and whether their connections are safe, reliable and intact, and whether the force of the rope pressing device is sufficient;
    ⑸. Check whether the lifter rotates flexibly and whether the internal butter is polluted;
  31. Check the steel structure for cracks, rust, desoldering and other damage, and repair it;
    ⑺, check whether the capacity of the battery electrolyte is sufficient;
  32. Check whether the water cup of the oil-water separator is normal;
    b. During operation
    ⑴, check whether the electrical components work normally;
    (2) Check whether there is an alarm fault in the Carter monitor panel and touch screen of the equipment (when the power is turned on but the engine is not started);
    (3) Check whether the equipment has abnormal noise;
    ⑷, check whether each movement mechanism is working normally;
    ⑸, check whether the hydraulic components and instruments are normal;
    ⑹. Check whether the diesel engine works normally and whether the oil is normal;
  33. Fastening
    a. Tighten the loose hoses;
    b. Tighten loose bolts;
  34. Lubrication
    a. Add butter to the moving parts of each mechanism, especially the parts with large rotating surfaces, such as the slewing bearing on the car, the slewing bearing of the follower frame, etc., the entire rotating surface must be fully lubricated. Note once;
    b. Lubricate the wire rope, requiring the wire rope to be covered with butter;
    c. Add lubricating oil to other lubricating parts according to regulations;
  35. Replacement: replace damaged parts and components in time;
  36. Adjustment: Adjust the abnormal stroke and clearance everywhere;
  37. Anti-corrosion: take measures to do a good job of anti-corrosion of the equipment;
    Fourth, the medium-term maintenance regulations
  38. The first maintenance time of the diesel engine is 100 hours; after that, it is maintained every 250 hours. Change the oil filter and oil.
  39. The gear oil is replaced every 500 hours; the gear oil in the large box is replaced every 1000 hours.
  40. The hydraulic oil is filtered every 500 hours, and the first 1500 hours are all replaced, and then every 2500 hours; (the replacement includes the replacement of the filter).
    Five, long-term maintenance regulations
  41. After one year of use, the overall overhaul and maintenance of the equipment should be carried out;
  42. Parking maintenance: maintenance performed when parked for more than a week, troubleshooting, maintenance and lubrication of the entire vehicle;
  43. Storage and maintenance: During the storage period, check once a month, carry out anti-corrosion on rusted parts, and carry out maintenance and lubrication of the whole vehicle;
  44. Running-in period: refers to the maintenance performed during the running-in period of the new machine after leaving the factory and after overhaul, which is required to be carried out in accordance with the first maintenance regulations; it cannot run at full load during work, and should work under medium and low load conditions;
  45. Seasonal maintenance: maintenance generally carried out in summer and winter, replacement of lubricating oil and antifreeze, and measures to prevent cold and cool down.
